Location - Aegina Island
This 8-day Women's Only Retreat will be held on the beautiful Greek island of Aegina. Aegina is conveniently located only 40 minutes from Piraeus port with the fast boat. The port is about 45 minutes from Athens International Airport by taxi. Boats leave to Aegina every hour and tickets can be bought on the spot.
Aegina boasts a great number of sights and natural beauties, highlight of which is the famous Aphea Temple (500BC). It forms in fact an equilateral triangle with the Parthenon and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, the so-called “holy triangle” of the antiquity. For this reason the energy on the island is particularly special, and one of the reasons we choose this wonderful place to host our retreat.
To add to the mystical and healing energy of the island, In 1904, the miracle healer and saint Agios Nektarios relocated to Aegina and transformed an abandoned monastery into his home and place of worship. To this day, his monastery is one of the most visited sights on the island and thousands of people flock there every year to leave their healing requests. The energy present is undeniable. You will see for yourself! As part of the retreat itinerary, we will visit both these magical places. Apart from the historic sights you can enjoy beautiful beaches, majestic mountain landscapes, perfect weather and scrumptious greek food while hearing the crashing of the waves.
Accommodation - The Estate
For our retreat we have rented the gorgeous Kokkino Kastro Estate. It is set on a hill 800m from the centre of the town, nestled in pistachio and olive trees covering an area of 22.000m2. It boasts luxurious brick houses, a traditional windmill, fully equipped kitchen, a huge pool, tennis court and various outdoor spaces for our workshops and activities. The beach is only a 5 minute ride from the Estate.
Due to the size and setup of the estate, you can easily get some private time to integrate, recharge and relax. As empaths we know how important this is for you!

I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and a Diploma of Personal Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin. I am also a certified Pranic Healing and EFT Practitioner.

Day 1 - Connecting & Exploring
Sunday, September 20th is the start of the retreat. Check in starts at 15:00. We advise you to arrive between 15:00 - 19:00. This day will be more casual, as arrival times might vary. We will give participants the time to relax after a long travel day and meet one another through various authentic relating games and setting the intention for the retreat.
Please be on time for the Welcome Dinner which is at 20:00!
Day 2 - Awareness & Identifying Limiting Beliefs
Understanding attachment systems, red flags, trauma bonding and childhood dynamics, as well as the empath/narcissist dynamic. During this day you will learn the psychology behind unhealthy/toxic relationships and create all the awareness needed so that you can identify and avoid these situations in the future.
Our limiting beliefs attract people and situations to us. Here you will identify your own personal limiting beliefs that are connected to childhood trauma and are fuelling the cycle of unhealthy relationships.This will be an eye opening experience that will give you a clear understanding as to why you have been stuck in this pattern.
Day 3 - Reprogramming Limiting Beliefs, Healing Childhood Wounds & Trauma
Here we will start to reprogram the limiting beliefs and heal the trauma identified the previous day through inner child healing, EFT, TRE, shadow work, affirmations and sharing.
This part of the healing process is fundamental, because we will create a "blank slate" and create the foundation necessary for healing and change. Group trauma release work can be very powerful. You will be able to relate with the limiting beliefs of other participants and the joint intention on working on these amplifies the result. This day will leave you feeling like you have released a heavy weight, you will feel free, liberated and truly ready to break the cycle of unhealthy relationships once and for all.
Day 4 - Self-Love, Self-Compassion & Reparenting
How can we call in a loving and nurturing relationship if we don't feel deserving of one? Reparenting is the process of giving ourselves the love and affection our parents weren't able to: this compliments Day 3 and facilitates the healing process further. You will leave with concrete tools that will allow you to embody self-love and self-compassion on a daily basis, as well as learn the fundamentals for reparenting, which is connected to identifying our deepest needs and wants. Often as empaths, we have learnt to ignore them, because we are so focused on addressing other people's needs first.
Today we will also have a field trip to the beautiful Temple of Aphaia and enjoy dinner and sunset at a traditional tavern by the sea.
Day 5 - Setting Healthy Boundaries, Authenticity & Vulnerability
If you engage in unhealthy relationship patterns and identify as being an empath, I can imagine boundaries are a challenge for you. During day 5 we will look at the types of boundaries and I will guide you through a process that will give you the awareness and tools you need to set healthy and firm boundaries without shame or guilt. Boundary setting is interconnected with needs (Day 4), but also with showing up as our authentic self and daring to be vulnerable. We shy away from this because we fear rejection. So during Day 5 we will find the courage to lower our masks and be seen, and work on releasing this fear that has kept us small for so many years.
In the evening we will have a natural body movement dance (ecstatic dance).
Day 6 - Forgiveness, Letting go of the past, Releasing Blame & Guilt
When we hold onto blame and can't let go of the past, our hearts remain closed. When we are operating from a space of self-protection and we find it difficult to trust, we will never be able to have the depth, love and intimacy we desire in our relationships. On Day 6 we release all that does not serve us and we take courageous steps to open our hearts and love again. Whether you are in a committed relationship or single, this practise will help you to fully open up, to give and receive all the love you so deserve.
Day 7 - Conscious Manifestation
This is the last full day of our journey together. By this point you will feel like you have rediscovered yourself. You will feel free, hopeful and mostly importantly you will have realized that your are the creator of your reality. From this space, we place all our energy and intention into calling in the relationship we desire (or improving an existing relationship). We will create a vision board, get creative and I will show you the best tools you can use to raise your vibration and manifest what you truly want in life. Trust me. It works.
Day 8 - Closing Cacao Ceremony, Sound Bath & Check-Out
Our beautiful journey has come to an end. We will close the retreat with a sharing circle, cacao ceremony and sound bath, to open the heart and integrate all the learnings, growth and transformation.
You will leave the space feeling empowered, rejuvenated, nurtured and free from the patterns that have been holding you back. You will have all the tools you need to continue your healing journey back home and you will have made some beautiful friends and connections in the process.

How many people will join the retreat?
This is a small intimate group; we have a max capacity of 12 pax.
What is not included?
Everything is included except flights, boat tickets and other transportation costs needed to get to Aegina Island and the Kokkino Kastro Estate. Alchoholic beverages and snacks are not included.
What is the Refund and Cancellation Policy?
What should I pack?
The weather in Greece in September is still warm and lovely! Bring comfy summer clothes, a jumper for at night and of course your favourite bikini :) We will provide yoga mats and other props needed for the activities.
What food will you serve?
Upon reservation we will send you a questionnaire where you can let us know of any allergies and food preferences. By default the food will be home cooked vegetarian/vegan Greek cuisine.
How are shared rooms allocated?
If you wish to share a room with a friend just let us know and we will pair you up! If you are coming solo, room allocation will be done randomly.

3. From August 21st 2020 onwards bookings must be paid for “in full” at the time of booking.
4. We accept payment by Bank Transfer, TransferWise , Paypal or via Stripe (Visa /Mastercard/ Maestro). Please ensure that we receive the full amount for your retreat by the defined deadlines. Any shortfalls in payments will be charged upon check-in. Please note a fee of 4% will automatically be added to all credit card payments.
How do I get there?
From Athens airport to Piraeus port, you have three modes of transportation to choose from, a public bus, a metro line and the standard taxis. Taking an Athens airport taxi is the fastest and most convenient transfer option, but costs 54-70€. A cheaper option is the bus (X 96) , which costs only 6€, but takes around 90 minutes. The final transfer option is the metro. This mode of transport costs 10€ one-way and takes around 85 minutes to reach Piraeus port.
