I have been there many times...

Hi, I'm Cassandra, Positive Psychology & Mindset Coach (MSc) for empaths & highly sensitives.  I have spent over a 10 years focusing on the topic of dysfunctional relationship dynamics and attachment wounding. I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and a Diploma of Personal Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin. I am also a certified Pranic Healing and EFT Practitioner.

As an empath myself, after years of toxic and narcissistic relationships. Years of losing and sacrificing myself for love, I healed. I broke the pattern.

The 8 week program: 

Week 1 - Trauma bonding 101

Attachment types, trauma bonding & the empath/narcissist dynamic

In our first week, we will go through attachment styles, red flags, trauma bonding, childhood dynamics, as well as the empath/narcissist dynamic. During this Week you will learn the psychology behind trauma bonding and create all the awareness needed so that you can identify and avoid narcissists in the future. We will also start paving the way towards a more secure attachment style. Awareness is the foundation for healing, since only what we are aware of can we change.

Week 2 - Identifying Limiting Beliefs & Childhood wounds

Deep dive into the mindset, conditioning & dynamics that have been creating these patterns

Our limiting beliefs attract people and situations to us. Here you will identify your own personal limiting beliefs that are connected to childhood trauma and are fuelling the cycle of unhealthy relationships. This will be an eye-opening experience that will give you a clear understanding as to why you have been stuck in this pattern and how your beliefs are running the show.   

Week 3 - Reprogramming Limiting Beliefs, Healing Childhood Wounds & Trauma

Break free from the past and let go of that which does not serve you.

During Week 3 we will start to reprogram the limiting beliefs and heal the trauma identified during the previous Week through EFT, shadow work, affirmations and sharing. This part of the healing process is fundamental, because we will create a "blank slate", which is the foundation to start reprogramming beliefs and shifting conditioned behaviours. Group trauma release work can be very powerful. After this Week, you will leave feeling like you have released a heavy weight, you will feel free, liberated and truly ready to break the cycle of unhealthy relationships once and for all.

Week 4 - Self-Love, Self-Compassion & Reparenting

Learn how to give yourself the love & attention your inner child needs to heal

How can we call in a loving and nurturing relationship if we don't feel deserving of one? Reparenting is the process of giving ourselves the love and affection our parents weren't able to: this compliments Week 3 and is a fundamental method used to heal childhood wounding & trauma. You will leave with concrete tools that will allow you to embody self-love and self-compassion on a daily basis, as well as learn the fundamentals for conscious reparenting, which is connected to identifying & honouring our deepest needs and wants. Often as empaths, we have learnt to ignore them, because we are so focused on addressing other people's needs first.

Week 5 - Self-discovery, self-worth & self-esteem

Create a stronger sense of self by reconnecting with your essense 

Knowing who we are, what we want and what we truly deserve are paramount in creating the lives and relationships we desire. Maybe you have recently come out of an abusive relationship or have been single for a long time and lost hope, this module will help you feel more confident, grounded and comfortable in your own skin. We are so used to catering to the needs of others that we have forgotten our own! This topic is also tightly connected to boundary setting - if you don't know what you need & want, how can you communicate it to others?

Week 6 - Setting Healthy Boundaries

Learn how to set healthy and firm boundaries without guilt or shame. 

If you engage in unhealthy relationship patterns and identify as being an empath, I can imagine boundaries are a challenge for you. During Week 5 we will look at the types of boundaries and I will guide you through a process that will give you the awareness and tools you need to set healthy and firm boundaries without shame or guilt. There will also be concrete communication tips of ways to express boundaries and release the discomfort that might often arise.

Week 7 - Authenticity & Vulnerability 

Reconnect with your authentic self & have the courage to show up and be seen

We shy away from being authentic and vulnerable because we fear rejection. During Week 7 we will identify all the ways we "armour up" and I will help you to find the courage to lower your mask and be seen. Another focus point of this week will be on releasing the fear of rejection and working towards being unapologetically yourself without reserve. My goal is to help you internalise the idea that rejection does not exist; it's merely redirection towards where we are meant to be.  

Week 8 - How to create & identify a healthy relationship

Create a new blueprint for love 

Maybe you have engaged in new relationships and wondered if they are healthy or not? Or you find it hard to trust your inner guidance around love?

This is completely normal, as many of us have not been fortunate enough to experience healthy relationships growing up. Consequently our perception of "what love is" and "what love feels like" can be rooted in unhealthy dynamics. During this week we will deconstruct all of this and start building a healthy and fresh blueprint of healthy and nurturing love.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get coached personally?


Yes! The group coaching sessions will be small and intimate, allowing enough space for everyone to get coached personally every week.




What is the time commitment needed?


Around 2 hours of screen time (masterclasses + group coaching) and 1-2 hours of exercises per week* *The time needed for the exercises depends on your involvement and on the curriculum of that specific week. Sometimes some daily practises are recommended (i.e. self-compassion journal) which might take 5min a day. I have attempted to make a rough estimation of the weekly time commitment, which totals around 3-4 hours.




What if I miss a session?


No worries at all! Both masterclasses & group coaching sessions will all be recorded and made available. * The group coaching calls are bound by confidentiality. Redistribution or sharing is explicitly not allowed (as stipulated in the terms of purchase). For privacy reasons the recordings will be made available (only to view, not download) for 30 days. We will have a safe and private container that will be respected throughout.

How will the program be structured weekly?


Tentative: Every Monday I will send the weekly workbook and deliver the masterclass live straight into the private Facebook group. The group coaching calls will be held via zoom on Tuesday. Depending on participant availability and timezones, sessions will be planned accordinly. There might be 2-3 different coherts If you cant make the call one day no worries! you will be able to access the recordings and you can post your question in the private Facebook group where I will get back to you personally.




What is EFT (tapping)?


Emotional freedom technique (EFT), which people often refer to as "tapping", is an alternative therapy that can help many conditions such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, physical pain, trauma and more. In EFT we literally "tap" on different parts of the body which correspond to meridians (that are energy centers used in acupunture and acupressure). By doing so we balance energy and release blocked emotions from the body. EFT's effectiveness in working with trauma is extensive.Whilst it can bring immediate relief from traumatic memories, it is also a gentle tool for revealing the many layers and aspects that may be connected with trauma, working through them systematically and effectively until their emotional charge has gone.
